Banaadir Telecom seems to be covering from past wounds after it gained the second success in the on going first division Somali football championship. Banaadir crashed Dekedda ‘Mogadishu port” by 1-0 on Friday afternoon.

Banaadir’s striker Daadir Amin Ali scored the lone goal for his team in the 12^th minute of the first half of the match. In the early minutes of the second half each team stepped up attacking on the opposite goal, but none of them happened to reach the other goal and the match finally ended in 1-0 in favor of Banaadir Telecom.

Although it has suffered from heavy loses in the early days of the tournament, Banaadir is Somalia’s current defending champions.

Friday’s match was officiated by international referee Nur Mohamed Abdulle assisted by Osman Abdi Osman and Qasim Sheik Mahmoud, while Suleyman Sheik Bashir was the fourth official and Osman Jama Dira the match commissioner.
