SITT humiliates Horseed by 4-0

The Daalo Airlines-owned Football club of SITT on Tuesday afternoon humiliated the Somali military football club “Horseed” by 4 goals to nothing during a very populous football game hosted at the political science university stadium in the government-controlled side of the capital Mogadishu.


Tuesday’s game which was the 3rd match of the recently recommenced 2010-2011 first division soccer championship in Somalia attracted high profile dignitaries including Somali Football Federation President Said Mahmoud Nur, Secretary General Abdi Qani Said Arab, and as well as Somali military commander General Dhaga badan whose team was badly defeated.

 

The first half of the match ended in 0-0 draw, but SITT’s Mohamed Hassan Ali number 6, scored the first goal for his team in the 48th minute of the second half exactly three minutes after the start of the second half.

 

Like wise Ikar Dahir Amin number 11, signed the second goal for his team in the 59th minute, while Mohamed Abdi Nur number 7, scored the 3rd and 4th goals for his team in the 75th and 82nd minutes.

 

Tuesday’s match was officiated by international referee Nur Mohamed Abdulle, assisted by Bashir Olad Arab and Hamza Hajji Abdi, while Suleyman Bashir was the fourth official. Like wise Former international referee Saa’id Ahmed Abokar was the match commissioner.

 

As shown in the fixtures Wednesday will be a rest day, as on Thursday Mogadishu port’s club will encounter Supper Shell Football Club.

 

During the match only two yellow cards were given to one player from each team as shown below.
