FIFA president, Gianni Infantino, has sent a message of condolence to Somali Football Federation president, following the recent assassination of a key SFF official, Osman Jama Diraa
"On behalf of the members of the international football community, I would be grateful if you could extend our deepest condolences to his family and Ioved ones. We hope that, in some way, our words of support may help bring a Iittle bit of peace and solace in this time of sadness” the condolence letter reads.

condolences on hearing of the tragic passing away of Osman Jama Diraa, member of
the SFF Executive Committee and chairman of the SFF Referees Committee” the
world football’s governing body president, said in a message he sent to Somali
Football Federation president, Abdiqani Said Arab.

has been member of the SFF Executive Committee since 2010. "Thanks to his passion
and commitment, he has greatly contributed to the development of the game in Somalia
and in Africa” FIFA president, Gianni Infatntino, said in his condolence
message.
